Kent Passport - Applying for a Passport in Kent, Wa.

Citizens of the United States are required to appear in person in order to submit form DS-11 and all supporting documents. An acceptance agent will administer an oath and witness the signing of the application form. The form, documents and payment will be put in an envelope and sealed.
