Since there are no passport application acceptance facilities in
Sandy Springs, we have listed several locations in nearby cities where
applications for new United States passports can be submitted. The majority of passport offices require an appointment. Please call or schedule an appointment online before you visit.
Applications are currently being processed in 4 to 6 weeks for routine service and 2 to 3 weeks for expedited service. Processing times are estimates and can
take either more or less time.
Applicants who need to obtain a passport more quickly can schedule an appointment at the Atlanta Passport Agency. Those who cannot take the time to visit the regional agency may employ the services of a registered expediter.
