National Passport Center in Portsmouth

The National Passport Center accepts applications from American citizens and non-citizen nationals who plan to travel abroad in 14 days or must obtain foreign visas within 28 days. To apply at the processing center, you must schedule an visit by calling the automated appointment system.

During peak travel season, it can be time consuming to both set up an appointment as well as wait in line at the passport agency.
