From the West (Hwy 70W-Glenwood, Hwy 270W-Mount Ida): Take Martin Luther King Jr Expressway, going east (Hwy 70/270 East). Take Exit 3 (McLeod St). Turn Left onto McLeod. Drive under overpass, and turn Left on Aviation Plaza. Follow Aviation Plaza to Office Park Drive. Turn Right onto Office Park Drive. - Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Earlier arrivals will not be admitted.
- Late arrivals, 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment, will have to reschedule their appointments.
- Upon entry to the building, you will go through security, including metal detectors.
- You need to present your Social Security Number or your confirmation number.
- Go to check-in/information. Your appointment will be verified.
- Proof of travel is required at this agency.
- You will be given a numbered ticket.
- Please take a seat and wait to be called.
