Arkansas Passport Center Expediting Service
The Arkansas Passport Center in Hot Springs provides expedited services
for United States citizens who need to secure their travel documents
within fourteen days (if no visa is required) or within 28 days (if a
travel visa is needed). Residents of Arkansas can apply at the Passport
Center in Hot Springs by first scheduling an appointment. If you need a
passport quickly but are not able to travel to the Arkansas Passport
Center, you can
apply through a registered passport expediting service.

Processing Times
Will call service is offered for life/death emergencies and immediate
travel abroad (leaving within 8 business days). Pickup will be based on
travel plans. For all other customers, passports will be issued within
8 business days of applying at the agency. You will be informed of how
the passport will be sent during your appointment.
*This agency only issues the U.S. passport book on-site.
COVID-19 UPDATE: This agency is currently processing passport
applications. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect both
workforce and customers, agencies are currently limiting in-person
appointments to customers who are traveling internationally in the next
72 hours (3 business days) due to a life-or-death emergency.
Life-or-death emergencies are serious illnesses, injuries, or deaths in
your immediate family (parent, legal guardian, child, spouse, sibling,
and grandparent) that require you to travel outside the United States
within 72 hours (3 business days).
You
can apply for routine service and expect to receive a passport in 10-12
weeks. You also have the option of paying an additional fee for
expedited service to receive your passport in 4-6 weeks.

From the North/South-Central Avenue (Hwy 7- From Russellville, Arkadelphia):
Take Hwy 7 to Martin Luther King Jr Expressway, follow signs to
Hwy 70/270 West. Take Hwy 70/270 going West. Take Exit 3 (McLeod St).
Turn Right onto McLeod, get into left lane. Turn Left on Aviation
Plaza. Follow Aviation Plaza to Office Park Drive. Turn Right onto
Office Park Drive. Drive up hill and around to side of building with
Arkansas Passport Center signage.
From the East (Hwy 70E-Little Rock):
Take Martin Luther King Jr Expressway (Hwy 70/270 West). Take
Exit 3 (McLeod St). Turn Right onto McLeod, get into left lane. Turn
Left on Aviation Plaza. Follow Aviation Plaza to Office Park Drive.
Turn Right onto Office Park Drive. Drive up hill and around to side of
building with Arkansas Passport Center signage.
From the West (Hwy 70W-Glenwood, Hwy 270W-Mount Ida):
Take Martin Luther King Jr Expressway, going east (Hwy 70/270
East). Take Exit 3 (McLeod St). Turn Left onto McLeod. Drive under
overpass, and turn Left on Aviation Plaza. Follow Aviation Plaza to
Office Park Drive. Turn Right onto Office Park Drive. Drive up hill and
around to side of building with Arkansas Passport Center signage.

rush passport processing.
What to Do When You Arrive for Your Appointment
at the Arkansas Passport Center
- Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your
appointment. Earlier arrivals will not be admitted.
- Late arrivals, 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment,
will have to reschedule their appointments.
- Upon entry to the building, you will go through security,
including metal detectors.
- You need to present your Social Security Number or your
confirmation number.
- Go to check-in/information. Your appointment will
be verified.
- Proof of travel is required at this agency.
- You will be given a numbered ticket.
- Please take a seat and wait to be called.
