What do I need to get a visa to Saudi Arabia?

Question: We are a software company trying to open our market in the Mideast. Our local agent requested, and secured, a Visa approval from Saudi Aramco. They sent us a Visa Approval number (on the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs website) to submit for a visa. If we have this number/form what else do we need to send you to get a Visa from the New York consulate?
