Father refuses to sign consent form for minor by: Anonymous Question: Hi, I am currently living in Jamaica with my kids who are U.S. citizens. They live in Jamaica with me on their U.S. passport with a five years unconditional landing. It expires in days but the father refuses to have the form notarized or accompany me for the renewal. I have tried all I can but he won't. I am not a U.S. citizen and I need my children to be able to live with me here. What can I do to renew their passports to have them stamped by Jamaican immigration. Please I really need to know what to do quickly.
