Guardianship
by: Anonymous

Question: 1.) I was granted guardianship for traveling arrangements for both of my children. Do I still need the father's signature in order to get them a passport?
2.) My father wants to travel out of the country with them. Can he do so solely with my authorization? Or do I need the fathers as well?

Answer: I suggest you as your lawyer for clarification on the guardianship order and whether or not it also takes precedence in actual travel and not just in arrangements.
