To enter the country of Nigeria, you must have a valid United States passport. Prior to departing the US, you must also apply for and receive your Nigerian visa. While you can

All visa applications take 10 business days to process. A visa fee of $160 plus a $30 processing fee is applicable for every single-entry visa or multiple-entry visa.
