Question: Do I need to fill out the 2nd page of the application if I am not planning a trip right now?
Answer: Yes, you need to fill out the last page of the passport renewal application form because there is a lot more data to input than just your travel plans.
The last page requests information such as your full name, hair color, eye color, height, occupation, permanent address, emergency contact information, etc.
If you do not presently have travel plans, you can write "NA" in those spaces.
