We welcome your passport questions but ask that you first search our website thoroughly. Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we cannot respond to all of them.. The place to start your search is the navigation menu. The page for each type of passport service lists the requirements necessary to complete the process.

Next, you can search for your specific question in our Passport FAQ pages. You will find a growing list of answers to questions about very specific situations. If you do not find the answer you need in the FAQ, you can use the search tool at the top of every page.

Finally, you can submit your own question. Note, we can only respond to questions that are not currently answered on the website. You include your email address so that we can inform you if and when you question has been answered.
