A valid passport with an eTA for Kenya is required for entering the country. As of January 1, 2024, visitors to Kenya are required to obtain an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) through Kenya Immigration's new online system. The eTA must be applied for at least 3 days before travel to Kenya, you may apply up to 90 days in advance. Visas-on- arrival are no longer available. Kenya Visa Requirements
For a Kenya travel visa request, you are required to upload the following to the Kenya ETA portal:- a valid passport with 6 months validity remaining;
- selfie or pasport-type photo
- contact information, email address and phone number
- details of your arrival and departure itinerary
- accommodation booking confirmation
Kenya Tourist Visa
A 5-year multiple-entry eTA is available, allowing stays of up to 90 days per entry. This is especially useful for frequent travelers.
