Reside in Paris, France but mailed my application for U.S. passport to Philadelphia.

(Languedias, France)

Question: I sent my expired U.S. Passport with the correct forms and a credit card consent to the National Passport Processing Center P. O. Box 90155 Philadelphia, PA last April 4th.

I made a mistake in that. It should have been sent to the Embassy in Paris as I live in France. I have NO passport now and I am concerned about the loss of my old one. Unfortunately I did not make a copy of my expired passport. HELP!!!

Please help. I've tried the Embassy in Paris and have been given the run around.

Answer: Try contacting the National Passport Information Center.
