My passport is delayed and I'm traveling on April 28th. Can I hire a passport rush services?

Question: We are booked to fly on April 28th. I sent my passport application on Jan 28th and it's been more that 11 weeks.

Every time that I call they tell me that it's in process. I called the passport task force and they told me that there's an issue with my application and that they would contact me by phone. So far no call, no status, and we are 11 days from our departure.

I just want to know if we can hire somebody so we finally know what's the issue with my application and how we can solve it.

Answer: Unfortunately, rush passport expediters cannot intervene once the application has been submitted to the Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs.
