When I changed it on my driving license or when it changed for my social security card? Answer: Please enter the date and place that your wedding took place. Also, please send your marriage certificate; a marriage license is not acceptable proof of legal name change.

When I went to get a new passport, they said I had to have all three marriage certificates, even though my passport was under my second married name. Do I really have to get the certificate from my first marriage, if my passport was under my name from my second marriage? They were supposed to return my marriage certificate with the new one but they didn't. Are they mailed separately?
