I misplaced my passport and have a trip planned to Tijuana BC in two weeks

Question: I last used my passport o return to the USA from Tijuana BC. I realized yesterday that my passport was missing as I was going over my checklist of things I need.

I live in Reno, Nevada. What do I need to do? What documents do I need to obtain a new passport?

I have a Social Security card, Nv state-issued ID and a couple of older expired passports. Please reply asap.
