How much time will it take to get my passport back?

Question: I got my passport on October 1, 2009 and after I got married I legally change my last name. I wanted to go to Guatemala before I'm 8 months pregnant.

I sent my passport on April 16, 2010 to National Passport Processing Center in Philadelphia, PA. But on May 6, 2010 I received a letter saying that the form DS-5504 was not signed or that my passport had expired. But I did sign the form and I had my passport for less than a year.

I called the number that was written in the letter and the man told me to make a copy of my ID and fill out the form again. I did and sent it back on May 7, 2010. The man also told me that it would not take more than 2 weeks.

I just want to know how much time more it will take to receive my passport? I'm pregnant and I only have until the end of next month to travel to Guatemala.
