How can I contact the DC agency directly since expedited passport has not arrived
Hello, my Name is Elton and I am traveling on 1/7/2010. I provided a self addressed FedEx envelope with all required documents to complete the process. I have contacted the passport hotline and spoken with several agents who all inform me of different information to last be informed today that the passport remains at will call awaiting pick up although I have requested FedEx delivery. Please, please, please I need help very urgent can you please contact me direct with an updated status on the shipping of the passport. Thank you so much for all of your urgent attention in the matter. ----------------------- There is no telephone number to contact the Washington DC regional passport agency directly. All contact must go through the National Passport Information Center. You can call 1-877-487-2778 or email npic@state.gov to request more information about the expedited processing of your passport application. |
