How can I contact the DC agency directly since expedited passport has not arrived

Hello, my Name is Elton and I am traveling on 1/7/2010. I provided a self addressed FedEx envelope with all required documents to complete the process.

I was sworn on 12/8/09, paid for expedited service in full in person and I was informed by the agent on site at the Washington DC agency as well as supervisors on site that they would send my passport speedily for arrival in time for departure on 1/7/2010 once the certified birth certificate was received as the one that was in my possession when I appeared in person was not legible.

I have contacted the passport hotline and spoken with several agents who all inform me of different information to last be informed today that the passport remains at will call awaiting pick up although I have requested FedEx delivery.

Please, please, please I need help very urgent can you please contact me direct with an updated status on the shipping of the passport. Thank you so much for all of your urgent attention in the matter.
