My dad filled out a form from the postal office to do an expedited passport since his passport book didn't have enough pages. My understanding is that it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get it back. However, there's a great urgency to get it sooner since he needs to leave within a week or so to visit his mother who's terminally ill with cancer and who needs his care. What should he do in this situation?
